Refund Policy

LogiqGame is free to download. We offer two optional paid features: a monthly Supporter subscription and a one-time Lifetime Access purchase. Prices vary by country and are displayed at checkout on Google Play. This policy explains how refunds work for each.

1. Subscription — Supporter

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LogiqGame → Cancel subscription.

Cancelling stops future charges. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Refunds

• Within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund available via Google Play.
• After 48 hours: Refunds are handled by Google Play's standard policies at: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
• Extraordinary circumstances: Contact us at gourdonjeremie@gmail.com — we will review on a case-by-case basis.

2. Lifetime Access

What you get

A permanent, one-time purchase that removes ads and grants unlimited hints forever, including all future updates.

Refunds

• Within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund available via Google Play.
• After 48 hours: Lifetime Access is generally non-refundable as it grants immediate permanent access to all features.
• Exception: If a technical issue prevents you from accessing Lifetime Access features after purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Option 1 — Google Play (fastest):

1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
2. Find your LogiqGame order
3. Click "Request a refund" and follow the prompts

Option 2 — Contact us directly:

Include: your Google Play order number, date of purchase, and reason. We respond within 3 business days.

4. Virtual Coins

In-game coins are earned exclusively through gameplay and cannot be purchased. They have no monetary value and are therefore not subject to any refund policy.

5. EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, unless you have already started using the digital content and expressly waived your right of withdrawal.
