1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LogiqGame ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is operated by an individual developer based in France ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of the App

LogiqGame is a mobile puzzle game application offering seven logic games (Sudoku, Connect, Duality, Lights Out, Escape, Slitherlink, and Tents & Trees), available on Android via Google Play. The App is free to download and includes optional paid features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
  • Attempt to circumvent in-app purchases or subscription verification

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 Free Features

The base App is free and includes all seven puzzle games, daily challenges, 3 free hints per day, coin rewards, and advertisements.

5.2 Supporter Subscription

A recurring monthly subscription providing removal of banner advertisements, unlimited hints, and priority access to new features. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Price varies by country and is displayed at checkout on Google Play.

5.3 Lifetime Access

A single, non-recurring payment permanently providing removal of banner advertisements, unlimited hints, and all future updates at no additional cost. Lifetime Access is tied to your Google Play account and is non-transferable. Price varies by country and is displayed at checkout on Google Play.

5.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Google Play. We never store or access your payment details.

6. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play. After this window, refunds are at Google's discretion. See our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Virtual Currency (Coins)

The App includes a virtual coin system. Coins are earned exclusively through gameplay and cannot be purchased. Coins can be spent on hints and have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between users, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not subject to any refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including game designs, graphics, logos, text, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of ads. Purchasing the Supporter subscription or Lifetime Access removes banner ads.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
